I’m in the studio in Fitzrovia, and today I was mooching around and saw Kalifornia Kitchen which is an incredible plant-based quick service style restaurant just off Tottenham Court Road. It’s an amazing concept from a really amazing guy, Loui Blake. I’m really excited to have a chat with Loui to learn about his eclectic career so far… from recruitment to football, to marketing to night clubs and then this huge shift in lifestyle and business to really focus on taking veganism in a positive way to the masses. Loui has loads of great tips for sorting your own business or starting a restaurant for young and old entrepreneurs. We get really in to thinking about how you can change customer attitudes towards things like veganism, being more flexitarian and thinking about how you can make a positive impact on the world.
