Today we’re coming live and loud from Walthamstow E17 and we’re speaking to the incredible entrepreneur Grace Regan. Grace started a restaurant from her home called Spicebox, and was giving up every single night that she had and all of her social life to serve up the most amazing vegan Indian food to all of her neighbours and friends. From there, Grace has started street food stalls and from there to opening her own restaurant. When you go on to the website or Instagram you’ll just be punched in the face with the sass and the great tone of voice… with superb imagery and colourways bursting with enthusiasm and energy.
